Bio
Will Shaw has worked with the lacrosse program at CCBC Essex for almost a decade. He has held various roles and has been in the position of Director of Lacrosse Operations since 2022. In addition to his operational role, Will serves as an academic advisor at CCBC, working primarily with student athletes. He holds a degree from the University of Chicago and additional coursework from the University of Central Florida and Kansas State University.
