Fitness Center

The CCBC Essex fitness center offers a wide variety of exercise and weight lifting options. From treadmills to free weights to a state of the art TRX Cross Core apparatus, you are sure to find the equipment that meets your wellness needs.

Access to the facilities is limited to CCBC Students, Faculty, Staff and Alumni, and CCBC Photo ID is required at sign-in. Children are not permitted in the fitness center.

7: Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & floor/ mat exercises

9: Body Sculpting  with weights and floor/mat exercises

January 14  & 16

 

14: Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & floor/mat exercises

16: Bosu Ball workout with alternating weights and floor/mat exercises

 

January 21 & 23

21: Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & floor/mat exercises

23: BARRE with discs, resistant bands, handheld weights & mat/floor exercises.

 

These fitness sessions are “FREE” for faculty, staff and students!

CCBC Photo ID required at sign-in, students, faculty, staff, and alumni only

Please bring a towel and water to each session

Some sessions are outside or in the Fitness Training Center

Guidelines for participation are provided on you initial use of the facility
